·F – Face Drooping: One side of the face may droop or feel numb. Ask the person to smile and check if the smile is uneven.
· A – Arm Weakness: One arm may be weak or numb. Ask the person to raise both arms and observe if one arm drifts downward.
· S – Speech Difficulty: Speech may be slurred or hard to understand.
· T – Time to Call 911: A stroke is a medical emergency. Call 911 right away and note the time symptoms first appeared.
