HARBIN, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- The Second Affiliated Hospital of the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine started evening outpatient service featuring traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatments, covering a variety of departments like acupuncture, massage, rehabilitation, orthopedics, otolaryngology, etc., in an effort to bring convenience to citizens who have no time to see a doctor during the day.

The TCM preparation, discovered and then widely used during China's COVID-19 outbreak, has been used in various countries including Italy, Britain, the United States, Japan and Malaysia, with positive results.
